As you can see we are a small artisan company, we design and produce all of our items. Our manufacts are hand-carved from Vicenza stone, a material mined fron quarries in the Berici Hills, the development and use of this stone has ancient roots in Veneto where we work to keep alive the traditions of our handicrafting.

The following Terms and Condition apply exclusively to the users (or clients) defined
accordingly to the art. 3, co. 1, lett. a) of the Italian Lgs. D. 6/09/2005, n. 206, as “any
natural person concluding a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be ascribed either
to their commercial or independent professional activities”.
By accepting this agreement the user (or client) declares his acceptance of the T&C before
placing any order. The user (or client) also declares that any order carried out will not have
a business / professional / trade scope.
ORDER TAKING
Online by www.stonebreakers.it or in our store.
To be able to buy on stonebreakers.it you must be of legal age and have the right to intend
and want to be able to conclude a bilateral contract.
Any order form signed by the customer by an “approval click” shall constitute an
irrevocable commitment which can only be challenged in the cases restrictively listed in
this Agreement in Section “Right of withdrawal”.
The contract shall only be effective upon Stonebreakers confirmation of the order.
The customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail to confirm the order.
PRICE
Prices are indicated in Euros.
The exact amount will be calculated in accordance with the current rate of the dollar or of
the other concerned currency at the time of payment.
The purchaser is guaranteed the price posted on the Site at the time of purchase, prices
may at any time without notice.
For a delivery inside the EU, the prices include the VAT applicable at the date of the order
and shipping cost.
Any variation of the VAT applicable rate may affect the sale price of the products of the
catalogue.
In the event of delivery outside the EU, the customer will have to pay customs duties or
VAT or any other taxes due to the import of products in the country of delivery.
Stonebreakers works on commission with extensive customization.
Any requests for customization of an existing product may result in the increase or
reduction of the purchase price, therefore must be agreed by e-mail at
info@stonebreakers.it indicating in the subject of the email “Request for Quote”.
Small imperfections and discrepancies, which may occur, are the result of the
craftsmanship of the product and do not involve the replacement of the same.
PAYMENT
The price is payable upon placement of the order.
The costumer undertakes to pay the total price of the products (price of products and
shipping costs) as stipulated.
The costumer shall pay for the order by:

DELIVERY
Stonebreakers gives the goods to several forwarders, the goods are covered by insurance
and includes telephone notice before delivery.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, within 45 days from
the date of crediting.
The terms of delivery for customized products or made at the request of the buyer will be
agreed by e-mail directly with the interested part.
Transport costs are included in the price in the European Community.
For sales and/or deliveries outside the European Community, the costs of transport and
packaging will be managed according to the volume of the goods and destination.
The seller cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to the transport of the goods (for
reasons of force majeure, strikes, bad weather) as well as for delays due to errors in the
communication of delivery address, communicated by the buyer at the time of purchase.
CLAIMS
Claims related to the non-conformity with the order or the breakage of the delivered
product(s) shall be made in writing directly to Stonebreakers and immediately upon receipt
of said product(s).
In case of an error, the customers undertake to return said product within ten (10) days
from its receipt provided that the product is returned to Stonebreakers without opening the
packaging, in its original condition and packaging, together with all the associated
documents.
Once Stonebreakers has received the product in due form, it will, at its expenses, send the
product initially ordered by the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The client may withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days, of receipt of the
goods without citing any reasons, by email to Stonebreakers.
The customer at his own expense shall return the goods to STONEBREAKERS SNC via
belle 26 – 35042 Este PD Italia within 10 days of authorization.
The goods must be returned intact, complete in all its parts and in the original packaging,
kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or use.
A copy of the delivery note will need to be placed inside the return packing box.
The risks of transport for the return of the product (or products) is on the client.
WARRANTY
All products sold by Stonebreakers are covered by the 24-month warranty for defects in
conformity, in accordance with Italian Civil Code (reference: DL 24/02).
To implement the warranty, the customer shall return the product at their expenses to
Stonebreakers, with the original invoice.
The products must be handled with care and the maintenance must be carried out
correctly, as described on the product sheet based on the workmanship and materials
used. Accidental breakages caused by the buyer or third persons after acceptance of the
goods do not involve the replacement of the product.
In addition, requests for replacement of items purchased on our site and subsequently
modified by the buyer will not be taken into consideration with the consequent damage to
the product itself.
PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the
parties in the context of on-line selling of products proposed in this e-shop by
Stonebreakers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. The Terms and Conditions may
be amended from time to time due to modifications in laws and regulations or other
reasons.
